Jasmine Mistry is a Toronto-based commercial photographer who focuses on creating narrative themed work with a bold and intense style. She is interested in portraiture and product photography and works in both areas to express different narratives to the viewer. In this series – The Archetypes – Jasmine represents cinematic archetypes from popular media through character portraits. Her epic style and vibrant palette allow the viewer to be drawn into a movie-like setting in order to better experience each character’s personality.
