Madeline Mazun
Madeline Mazun is a portrait and still life photographer based in the GTA whose portraiture work is inspired by her Eastern European heritage. This portrait series developed out of a desire to celebrate the beauty of Slavic folk culture while also highlighting its importance within a young generation of Slavic Canadians. Using natural light, minimalistic styling, and simple settings, Madeline allows the beauty of the folk attire to speak for itself.
