Fiona Wong

Fiona Wong is a GTA based food and still life photographer who likes to use both dramatic and soft lighting techniques to create dreamlike images. Some of the images shown here are from a body of work that explores identity through the use of mementos from her childhood.

In Flutter, a narrative project shown below, Fiona uses the metaphor of the butterfly to illustrate transformation and resilience in her journey of personal growth. Flutter tells a compelling narrative of her struggles and captures the fragility of her relationship with her past, her family, and her identity.
